“To better emphasize how I feel about your customer service, let me also comment on the service call we had about 3 weeks after the installation. One of the camera’s stopped working and we called for assistance. The same day one of the technicians who installed the system stopped by the house. He quickly found the problem (a faulty camera) apologized that he could not get it fixed that day but left the camera in place so no one would suspect it was not functioning. He said he would make us his first stop the next day. He picked up the camera and replaced it before 10:30 a.m. In today’s world that kind of customer service is just not the norm but it is very much appreciated.
